The runes I have used are the most commonly found at the moment which are the Elder Futhark I have given briefly their traditional meaning, and then the meaning for day-to-day use.  The method I am using is to keep runes in a small bowl or bag, and every day, put your hand into the bag and take out one rune (we call this Odins Rune) for the day to guide. I am not giving the reverse meaning, very much like tarot cards, the Rune itself will give its own meaning whichever way up you take it out of the bag!
